These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of poemwear.com and to every purchase you make from Poemwear by Akif Kichloo ("Poemwear", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Contact: contact@akifkichloo.com.

1. Products

Poemwear sells print-on-demand apparel featuring original poems and sketches by Akif Kichloo. Every item is made to order and printed and shipped by our fulfilment partners: Printrove (for orders within India) or Printful (for international orders). Your order and shipping details are shared with whichever partner fulfils your order. Colours on screen and printed artwork may vary slightly from product images because of display settings and the printing process.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Because each item is produced specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Production and shipping

Orders are printed after they are placed and usually dispatch within 3 to 7 business days, followed by courier transit time. Dispatch and delivery times may vary by fulfilment partner (Printrove or Printful) and by destination region. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our control may happen. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct, because we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.

5. Returns and refunds

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size choice. We will replace the item or refund you if you receive:

a defective item (for example a misprint, damage or a manufacturing fault); or
the wrong item (a different design, size or colour from what you ordered).

To claim, email contact@akifkichloo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the problem. Once the claim is approved, we will send a replacement or refund you to your original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval; your bank may take extra time to credit them.

6. Intellectual property

All poems, sketches, artwork, text, logos and other content on this site and on our products are the intellectual property of Akif Kichloo and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you the right to own and wear it. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, sell or commercially use the poems, sketches or designs without prior written permission.

7. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

11. Grievance contact

For complaints or grievances, contact Akif Kichloo, Poemwear, at contact@akifkichloo.com. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
